How we got here

Our Story

Every love story is beautiful, but ours is our favorite. It started at Washington State University in 2018 — an ordinary day in Pullman that turned out to be anything but.

Since then we've traveled the world together, walked across a graduation stage, and shown up for each other through every season in between. Nine years of inside jokes, long drives, quiet Sundays, and one very memorable proposal later, we're ready for the best chapter yet — and we want the people we love most standing beside us when we write it.

Cocktails, dinner, toasts, and dancing as the sun sets over the city. Dinner is served at 8:30, and the last song plays at midnight.

Getting There

The Golf Club at Newcastle sits at 15500 Six Penny Lane, about 20 minutes southeast of downtown Seattle just off I-405 — roughly 15 minutes from Bellevue and 25 from Sea-Tac Airport. Follow the drive up the hill past the pro shop to the clubhouse. Parking is on site, and rideshares are easy to catch at the end of the night.

Where to Stay

There's no lodging at the venue, so here are a few favorites nearby. July is peak season around Seattle, so we'd book early.

Hyatt Regency Bellevue — about 15 minutes away, in the heart of downtown Bellevue with restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Our pick if you want to make a weekend of it.
Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Renton — the closest easy option at roughly 10 minutes, right on Lake Washington near Coulon Park. Breakfast included.
Larkspur Landing Bellevue — about 8 minutes from the venue in Eastgate. Suites with full kitchens, good for families or longer stays.
SpringHill Suites Issaquah — about 15 minutes east, and a nice base if you want to add a hike or a drive out to Snoqualmie Falls.
